Welcome to Mt. Oaks Estates Property Owner's Association website!

Mt. Oaks Estates is a small quiet neighborhood consisting of 54 residential homes/lots. Just south of the town of Paradise, and adjacent to Lake Oroville, this gated community is a wonderful place to live and to call home. Our community offers panoramic vistas of California's Central Valley and Coast Range as well as an adjacent beautiful canyon, walking trail, picnic areas and extensive common areas.

Mt. Oaks Estates Homeowner's Association was established for the maintenance of the common areas and to provide architectural control and compliance with the covenants, conditions and restrictions of the Declaration. It also provides an avenue to involve property owners in the growth and development of the neighborhood, provide a unified voice for concerns and issues neighborhood wide, as well as consistency for the neighborhood for its overall best interest and preservation as a premier neighborhood in which to reside.

There is an active Association which currently meets every month or two. Effective January 1, 2024, the Board of Director meetings will take place via Zoom. The agenda will be available to members prior to each meeting on this website and on the community bulletin board by the gate. For in-person meetings, the location will be announced on the agenda. Please be sure to check the website and notice of the meeting/agenda each month for where to attend in case of any changes.
